A film by Takashi Miike, Yakuza Boss Anjo disappears and a group of his mob led by sadomasochist Kakihara follows the trail of a killer named ichi. However, Ichi isn't the easiest man to kill. He's mentally disturbed, sexually repressed and has supreme fighting skills, especially when set off.
